Tanu Kamra is certified Prince 2 practitioner with a decade of experience in project management and business process transformation. In her previous role, with the consulting arm of a leading Business Process Management company she was instrumental in managing large scale projects across geographies. She also has proven expertise in areas such as customer experience enhancement, client & customer retention, continuous improvement and managing operational service level amongst others. At Whyte, Tanu is responsible for helping clients find value through business transformation and helping setup PMO operations for cost containment and outcome improvement.

Ash has over 15 years of experience in various project management, transformation and operational roles. At Whyte, Ash supports clients with their project management and transformation needs, helping them create value through deployment of tried and tested tools and frameworks. Most recently as a Managing Consultant with a leading outsourcing firm, he supported their Project Management, Transformation and Marketing & Sales teams. In this role he led and project managed a varied range of projects across unique business environments, such as a leading service companies first foray in India for a Rapid Transit system and the development of a target operating blueprint for UK custodial operations.

Souman is a certified Design Thinking and Innovation Professional with close to two decades of diverse management consulting expertise developing organisational strategy and transforming operating models for multiple clients across the globe. At Whyte, Souman is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Sales and key Client Engagement. Prior to Whyte, Souman has played pivotal consulting and advisory roles for multiple large public and private sector organisations. In his most recent role, Souman led the Consulting and Program Management practice for Intelenet Global Services, a $450M company, with 55000+ staff globally. During this stint, Souman was instrumental in setting up the practice and positioning the capability to act as the strategic team responsible for all key initiatives for the larger organisation while building an independent consulting arm for external clients.

Rohit is a seasoned project management professional with over 13 years of experience in managing complex and diverse projects globally. At Whyte, Rohit supports project management, PMO and transformation projects helping clients achieve their strategic business goals. Most recently as a Consultant with a leading outsourcing firm, he supported project management and transformation assignments including contact centre transformation for a leading Telecom giant in Jamaica, setting up a new contact centre for Dubai government entity, managing business reporting migration for a US footwear giant and providing PMO support to a leading healthcare company in US.

Saud is a born designer and sketch artist who deeply connects with colours, materials and abstract forms. He leads the Compelling Design Labs at Whyte. Saud has the sublime art of simplifying the most complex business concepts through lucid and life like designs. Through intuitive designs he decrypts and deconstructs messages enabling viewers to quickly grasp and retain the core meanings. He has 12 years of experience in conceptualizing designs for corporate brochures, event billboards, company websites, service manuals, user guides, marketing flyers, advertising videos, leadership slides and investor pitch decks. Saud holds a Master of Arts and a certification in Graphic and Web Designing.

Shadab is an infrastructure and data security expert with 5+ years of industry experience in data-centre virtualization, end-user computing, data network integration, technology asset and security incident management. In his previous roles, he has independently managed IT service adoption for a growing consulting firm, managing compliance and security risks effectively. He has also setup and managed IT infrastructure for a government utilities entity, ensuring compliance to national standards. At Whyte, he is responsible for data and infrastructure security.

Gaurav is a COPC® & PRINCE2® certified professional with 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Transition & Transformation. Most recently as a Consultant with a leading outsourcing firm, he led projects across unique business environments including managing Transition for a Caribbean based large telecom player, providing PMO support for a US based healthcare organization and deployment of Gamification for a leading Telecom provider for their Qatar entity. He is an MBA in Finance from IMT, Ghaziabad. At Whyte, Gaurav supports clients with their project management and transformation needs.

Yachna is an experienced Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst with a keen eye for detail and expertise in data management tools. Her client-centered approach helps derive insights from data, facilitating informed decision making.  She has a flair for working on large datasets to extract insights leading to strategic changes, enabling profitability and increased efficiency. In her career spanning 12 years, she has worked with global clients to develop progress reports, supply chain inventory dashboards, healthcare assessments, sales and revenue reports. She has also worked as a Quality & MI Lead ensuring delivery of her team is above and beyond specified quality KPIs. She is an advanced excel expert with sound data visualization skills including Power BI, Tableau and other such tools besides being hands on with Alteryx and SQL.

Vikas has more than a decade of experience in the IT industry across multiple domains like Banking & Audit, Health care, Supply Chain and Energy services. He has worked with the likes of BIG 4, tech giants like Infosys, ITC, Capgemini which has helped him gain valuable knowledge, learn industry best practices and use it for developing and designing enterprise applications. At Whyte, he heads the Digitization team and is a key contributor towards Whyte's larger objective to excel in the area of Cloud Enablement, Machine Learning and Data science. He believes in the core principle of Whyte “Situation can be complex; solutions need not be!!” and is working towards it with a very able team to make it happen.

Vikas Badola is a seasoned Software Developer with over 7 years of experience in development and delivery of several technology products for industries like banking, POS and service-based industries. He hold a B-Tech degree in Computer Science and a PG diploma in data science. In his past projects, he has been acknowledged for making sound delivery, aligned to the client's objectives and driving buisness value. He is an important part of digitization team at Whyte, working collaboratively to build creative technology solutions.

Sahil is a passionate storyteller, working with Whyte as an Associate – Cinematic Production, helping churn creative and effective cinematic products. He is exceptional with his post-production skills as he has experience in editing across mac based Final Cut Pro (FCP) and Adobe Premier Pro for cinematic productions. His past work includes freelancing assignments for a leading fashion brand where he created marketing collateral including photoshoots and videos. He has created many videos for Instagram influencers and worked for a famous Rapper for a popular music video. In his free time, he likes playing basketball and badminton. He is also an avid adventure enthusiast. He holds a Diploma in cinematography and is currently pursuing a Diploma in nonlinear video editing. 

Abhas is a passionate cinematographer, pursuing Cinematography from a film school in Delhi. He also a BA (LLB Hons) from University of Allahabad, post which he also served as a lawyer for 3 years. But as they say, your passion is what drives you – he ventured out to pursue his love for moments and storytelling. His range of work includes working with a theatre artist for creating YouTube videos, conducting numerous product shoots, wildlife photography, stop-motion videos, fashion photography, animation and design for multiple clients. He is a pro in windows based post-production editing using Adobe Premier Pro. He likes reading, playing badminton and travelling when he has time. He works with Whyte as an Associate – Cinematic Production, helping creation of impactful cinematic products.

Kritika is a Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in administrative and directive PMO. She has worked for global clients providing project administration support, helping businesses achieve their strategic goals. With an MBA in IT and Marketing, here at Whyte she is responsible for contributing to the PMO team’s success by working closely with clients helping them derive administrative efficiency. She has tremendous rapport building skills which helps her clients rely seamlessly on her for project delivery. With her hunger for constant learning and career development, Kritika also possess the ability to make rational judgements and relishes the challenge to deliver complex projects efficiently.

Anuja is an experienced consultant with more than 11 years of experience in media, public relations and project management. Trained and certified in Public Relations and Marketing, Anuja thrives in dynamic, challenging and fast-paced professional environments. Proactive in flagging risks and collaborating for solutions, she comes with proven experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with senior management in delivering results. An MBA in HR, she works for the PMO team at Whyte, helping clients deliver projects on time using her clinical and methodological project governance approach. 

Anuj is a passionate storyteller and a cinematographer with 4+ years of experience in editing/post-production. He has worked with global clients creating music videos, gaming edits for big leagues and also worked with international youtubers as a freelancer. He loves to creatively play with good music and smooth visuals in post-production and hence specializes in video editing and motion graphic elements. He has software specializations in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects and Photoshop. At Whyte, he works Senior Associate and is part of the Cinematic Production Lab.

Lubhawana is an experienced Business Analyst with more than 7 years of experience in delivering quality and data analytics solutions for global clients. She has a flair for working on speech and text data sets to derive recommendations, driving strategic change and improving overall customer experience. In her past projects, she has worked closely with global clients on understanding their business requirements and has been instrumental in deriving efficient business solutions driven by data insights and analytics. At Whyte, she supports project delivery for transformation and strategic engagements. She has a Post-graduate Diploma in Finance and HR. 

Amit has over 14 years of diverse experience in workforce management, business modelling, resource planning and cost optimisation. He has led several WFM projects globally to derive cost and operational efficiencies for his clients, helping them achieve their business objectives. A Lean Certified and Six Sigma trained professional, Amit has been instrumental in identifying process gaps and suggesting process improvements to complement strategic business planning. He also understands robotics and automation, having previously deployed such solutions. A certified WFM expert, Amit works as a Management Consultant at Whyte and is responsible for leading workforce management projects across the globe. 

Vikram is a seasoned Project Manager with more than 6 years of experience in managing diverse scaled projects. He comes with a proven track record of delivering in tight schedules, constrained budgets and scope creep. With his stakeholder management skills, he has been known to maintain cordial relationships and mange expectations for project delivery. He has a keen eye for detail and is always on a lookout for process improvements. He is proactive in his communication and challenging in his approach to solve business problems. He is a bachelor’s in business administration and works as a Project Manager with Whyte’s Project Management vertical.

Sumit is a passionate cinematographer with 3+ years of experience in editing/post-production. He specializes in turning raw footage into an engaging video that tells a story. He has worked with multiple Digital Marketing companies in the past and also with international clients as a freelancer creating documentaries, vlogs, music videos and gaming edits for big leagues. Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, storyboards, developing scripts, producing and editing videos for multiple platforms, he is also an expert in creating short-form daily content for social media platforms to long-form series, creating and adding graphics, animations, visual effects, music, sound effects. At Whyte, he works Junior Associate and is part of the Cinematic Production Lab.
